Students, graduates, professional engineers, experts, freelancers, employers, universities, trainers, and competition organizers can all join the platform.
A major is the main engineering field (e.g., Civil Engineering), while a minor is the specialization within that field (e.g., Highway Design, Structural Design, Environmental Impact Assessment, or BIM).
The ESAC Readiness Score evaluates your education, specialization, tools, documents, portfolio, experience, and opportunity readiness. It shows whether you are ready for Gulf-region engineering opportunities.
No. The platform improves visibility, readiness, and matching, but final hiring decisions are made by employers.
Yes. Members can register interest in temporary work, short projects, freelance tasks, internships, part-time roles, or permanent jobs.
Yes. Members can join specialist groups and communicate with engineers from different fields to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
Yes. Active ESAC Talent Hub members receive a 30% discount on eligible ESAC Academy courses.
